• Vase Exchange Program: For subscription members, our team will seamlessly install the fresh arrangement and retire the previous week's vessel during the same visit.

• Access & Security: Please ensure our delivery concierge has the necessary security clearances, gate codes, or reception permissions to access your villa, penthouse, or office at your requested time slot. If an arrangement cannot be delivered due to access restrictions, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative delivery window.
